Al Ruwad is a leading Saudi Arabia-based Umrah company providing comprehensive B2B Umrah solutions to travel agents and tour operators across the globe. We specialize in Umrah Visa Processing, Hotel Reservations, Transportation, and Ziyarah services, dedicated to ensuring a seamless pilgrimage experience for our partners' clients. We are expanding our operations team in Dhaka and are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our marketing, sales, and operational functions (Everything needs to be managed through Online).
Job Summary:
We are looking for a commercially-minded and results-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Dhaka team. This role is focused on driving B2B sales (Visa, Hotels & Transportation), building strong relationships with international travel agents, and positioning the company as a Total Umrah Solutions Provider. You will also be responsible for growing our client base while overseeing the critical back-end processes of visa applications and service bookings.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales, Marketing & Client Relationship Management:
● Drive Digital Marketing Activities (SEO, Email Marketing & Social Media Marketing).
● Drive the sales process by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new international travel agents (B2B clients).
● Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships primarily through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
● Serve as the primary relationship manager for our international B2B clients, communicating primarily through WhatsApp and Email.
● Proactively engage with clients & suppliers to understand their needs, present our hotel and transport services, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
● Promptly address and resolve client issues related to hotel reservations, transportation, and visa services by discussing and coordinating with designated stakeholders (e.g., suppliers in Saudi Arabia, internal management).
●Proactively present Al Ruwad’s full suite of services (Visa, Hotels, Transport) to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand business.
Performance & Process Improvement:
●Develop and implement strategies to improve the marketing & sales cycle and enhance the customer service experience.
●Monitor team performance against key metrics (e.g., visa processing time, client response time, issue resolution).
●Provide regular reports to management on digital marketing & sales activities, team performance, and client feedback.
