Al Ruwad is expanding! We are looking for a high-energy Teamworking Professional with exceptional English and a passion for B2B Sales to join our Dhaka team.
The Role:
Sales: Pitch & onboard international travel agents for Umrah services.
Communication: Manage global clients via WhatsApp/Email (High English proficiency required).
Operations: Manage Visa, Transport & Hotel bookings via Government Portals with effective Teamworking.
Team Supervision & Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the operations team, ensuring all administrative and processing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Problem Solving: Promptly address and resolve client issues related to hotel reservations, transportation, and visa services by discussing and coordinating with designated stakeholders (e.g., suppliers in Saudi Arabia, internal management).
Performance & Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the sales cycle and enhance the customer service experience.
