1. High-Impact Communication & Client Outreach

• English Fluency in Action: Act as the first point of contact for international B2B travel agents, ensuring all interactions via WhatsApp and Email are professional, grammatically precise, and persuasive.

• Sales Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential travel partners globally, pitching Al Ruwad’s Umrah solutions (Visa, Hotels, Transport) with a focus on conversion.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, using exceptional verbal and written English to build trust and ensure repeat business.

2. Sales Support & Lead Management

• The "Sales Passion" Element: Support the sales lifecycle by following up on inquiries, handling objections with a solution-oriented mindset, and upselling service packages.

• Market Research: Track industry trends and competitor offerings to help the team refine sales pitches and target new regions effectively.

3. Operational Assistance & Tech Integration

• Workflow Mastery: Assist in the end-to-end Umrah visa application process via the Nusuk Masar Portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

• Cross-Border Coordination: Coordinate between international clients and Saudi-based suppliers to resolve service issues (hotels/transport) in real-time.
