Responsibilities & Context:

• To spread out the Business of the Company by appointing Dealers in the Territory.

• To create strong distribution channel to achieve delegated monthly sales target.

• To increase sales target gradually, build up a strong Sales & Marketing Team.

• Strategic Planning and to provide training & motivation to the salesforce.

• To appoint Sales & Marketing Field Force (SR) as on distributors requirement.

• To follow up and guide the Sales & Marketing Field Force (SR) daily.

• To delegate & receive the periodical sales target.

• To prepare sales related database.

• To ensure DO against the Market Sales.

• To develop Route wise Market Share.

• Be accountable to sale all of the existing products of the company and to launch new products time to time.

• To liable for time management.

• To keep & update dealers record time to time.

• To work with SR to develop sales value.

• To maintain close liaison with the Distribution, Inventory Section & Warehouse to ensure on time delivery.

• To generate periodical (daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly) sales reports & submit to higher authority.

• To communicate and important feedback to & from Distributors/Customers/SR.

• To ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

• To minimize the GAP between the Dealer & the Distribution Team.

• To take the initiative to resolve any issue that arises in the Dealer Tent.

• Any other tasks as & when required or assigned by Supervisor.
