Responsibilities & Context:
- In charge of a region;
- Deal with Dealers to achieve monthly/yearly sales target;
- Oversee and control activities of sales people under him;
- Coordinate with sales, production & distribution to achieve company goal;
- Prepare sales report regularly ;
- Collect market information like competitors activities, their promotional or trade offer, new business opportunity of our products and report to line manager;
- Identifying target market and developing strategies to communicate with them.
- Appointment of potential dealers.
- Collection of sales proceeds, liaison with service department and dealers.
