• Age At most 35 years

• Assist in welcoming and serving customers at the restaurant/outlet.

• Support front desk and counter sales activities.

• Take customer orders and communicate orders properly to the relevant team.

• Assist customers with basic information about food items, prices, offers, and promotions.

• Support daily sales activities and maintain basic sales records.

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, counter, tables, and surrounding areas.

• Follow proper personal hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness practices.

• Assist in checking food, packaging materials, and other operational items.

• Support basic stock counting and inform the supervisor about shortages or damaged items.

• Help maintain proper arrangement of food products, packaging materials, and other items.

• Collect customer feedback and report customer complaints or service issues to the supervisor.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in daily operational activities.

• Follow company rules, instructions, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
