Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and career-focused International Student Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations to recommend suitable study options.

• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.

• Assist students with the complete application process, from university selection to submission.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.

• Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams when required.

• Maintain proper records of student enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on university admission policies, visa requirements, scholarships, and changes in international education.

• Achieve individual and team admission/enrolment targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide professional customer service throughout the process.
