Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Easy Bike batteries in the market.
∎ Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Easy Bike battery industry to identify potential customers, initiate sales opportunities, and build strong business relationships.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and leverage this information to drive sales strategies.
∎ Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Easy Bike batteries.
∎ Actively identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company's CRM system.
∎ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand your professional network and generate new business leads.
∎ Collaborate with the Easy Bike battery distribution team to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products to clients.
∎ Keep abreast of changes in regulations, market conditions, and customer preferences that may impact sales strategies and adapt your approach accordingly.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Plant manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
∎ Need to ensure 100% cash collection after every sale.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, specifically in Easy Bike battery sales in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
∎ Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
∎ Age 32 years maximum, must have command over English & Bangla with computer literacy.
