Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline.

MBA/Master’s degree with specialization in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar field.

Experience in Agro, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Corporate sectors will be preferred.

Practical knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and performance management is highly desirable.

Century Agro Limited is a rapidly growing agro-based organization engaged in agriculture, livestock, feed, and allied business sectors. We are seeking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

Prepare and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

Conduct CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.

Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.

Assist in onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company policies.

Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.

Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.

Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics.

Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.

Provide administrative support as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Leadership capability and team management skills.

Professional report writing and documentation skills.
