Responsibilities & Context:
* Drive sales growth and strengthen the company's brand presence in the market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and retail customers.
* Conduct regular market and customer visits across the country.
* Achieve sales targets while ensuring timely collection and recovery of outstanding dues.
* Monitor the performance and daily activities of sales officers reporting to them.
* Provide guidance & lead the sales team in field visits to improve performance.
* Submit regular market feedback and sales reports to management.
Job Requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of the automotive lubricants market and dealer network.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
Note: This position requires active field duty and travel throughout the country.
