Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely technical support to team members.
Design high-quality graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Create and edit promotional materials, banners, product packaging, and presentations.
Maintain and update company websites and online platforms.
Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual concepts.
Stay updated with the latest design tools, IT trends, (CC Camera, Printer, Hardware Software Work) and technologies.
Design and create engaging social media content (Design & motion) for the Facebook page to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
Collaborate with supply chain for print related purpose & send design files to suppliers.
Manage the uploading and publishing of posts and video content on the NAC Facebook page with approved captions and scheduling.
