MUST BE WITH EXPERIENCE OF CHITTAGONG CITY CORPORATION ALL ROADS.
Develop Sales Strategy
Create and implement sales plans and strategies.
Set short-term and long-term sales goals.
Achieve Revenue Targets
Drive sales growth and meet company revenue objectives.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff.
Set individual targets and conduct performance evaluations.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Analyze market trends and predict future sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
Handle major client negotiations and resolve customer issues.
Market Analysis
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer needs.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Coordinate with Other Departments
Work closely with marketing, production, finance, and operations teams.
Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company goals.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
Present sales performance reports to senior management.
Develop Sales Policies and Processes
Establish sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and performance standards.
Improve sales systems and operational efficiency.
Business Development
Explore new markets, products, and distribution channels.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand business growth.
