We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Manager who can build strong relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, increase repeat purchases, and develop effective customer retention strategies.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, or related industry, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and e-commerce operations.
