Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Creative/Brand/Design or creative leadership roles
Experience working with e-commerce, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be highly preferred.
Strong portfolio in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
Expertise in modern design trends and social media content strategy
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok content formats
Experience in leading a creative team is mandatory

We are looking for a Creative Lead who can transform marketing strategy into visually powerful, sales-driven creative campaigns.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators.
Develop monthly content strategies and campaign concepts aligned with business goals.
Create and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
Plan and execute creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and brand awareness.
Oversee production of social media content, advertisements, videos, website creatives, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Research beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate innovative ideas.
Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Analyze content performance and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
