Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Glossy Glow is a rapidly growing beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care e-commerce brand in Bangladesh. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to strengthen our sales and customer engagement team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other communication channels.

  • Follow up on website inquiries, social media leads, and customer requests.

  • Confirm customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.

  • Recover abandoned carts and convert potential customers into buyers.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related inquiries professionally.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
