Experience:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with educational backgrounds in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields will receive preference.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automobile Sector, Lubricants, Auto Spare Parts, Motorcycle Industry, Automotive Sales, Business Development, or related fields will be preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Candidates must be able to ride motorcycle confidently.
A valid Motorcycle Driving License is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's Lubricants and Automotive Spare Parts products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor intelligence.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and customer updates.
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales development activities.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
Salary: BDT 20,000-30,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
