Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any relevant discipline.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 4–5 years of professional experience in photography and cinematography.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural photography, corporate events, promotional films, and commercial visual content.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant editing software.

• Hands-on experience with professional mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Good understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, storytelling, and post production workflows.

• Experience using AI powered creative tools for editing and content enhancement will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

• Understand social media trends and impact in design

• Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial projects.

• Cover corporate events including handover ceremonies, groundbreaking ceremonies, signing ceremonies, project launches, exhibitions, and other official programs.

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, websites, social media, and corporate communication.

• Operate professional cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high production quality.

• Edit and deliver professional photos and videos with attention to composition, color, lighting, and storytelling.

• Collaborate with the Brand and PR, Marketing, and Digital teams to develop creative visual concepts.

• Maintain consistency with Sheltech's brand identity across all visual content.

• Stay updated with modern photography, cinematography, editing techniques, AI powered creative tools, and industry trends.

• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
