Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any relevant discipline.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization or CGI production.

• Expert proficiency in 3ds Max.

• Strong command of rendering engines such as Corona Renderer or V-Ray.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.

• Knowledge of Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, or Blender will be considered an advantage.

• Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, composition, and camera angles.

• Experience creating cinematic walkthrough animations and motion graphics is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with AI-powered visualization tools and image-generation workflows is a plus.

• Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and ability to deliver premium-quality visuals.

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

• Understand social media trends and impact in design

• Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic exterior and interior architectural visualizations.

• Produce engaging 3D animations, walkthroughs, and presentation videos for residential and commercial projects.

• Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environments to enhance visual impact.

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, marketing, and branding teams to translate concepts into captivating visuals.

• Prepare high-quality CGI assets for digital marketing, outdoor advertising, brochures, social media, and sales presentations.

• Optimize 3D scenes for efficient rendering without compromising quality.

• Stay updated with emerging visualization techniques, AI-assisted workflows, and industry trends.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
