What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional design experience in a digital agency or in-house team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives and video reels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects)
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and colour — especially for mobile-first formats
- Ability to work from a creative brief and deliver within tight turnaround times
Nice To Have
- Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing tools
- Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools
- Prior work in education, lifestyle, or aspirational brand categories
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled Visualizer who can translate brand strategy into compelling visuals — both static graphics and short-form videos. You will be the creative production engine of the team, working from briefs provided by the Brand Manager.
What Will You Own
Design static creatives for social media (Facebook/Instagram posts, stories, carousels, covers, ads)
Produce short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts — including reels, testimonials, and destination explainers
Develop motion graphics and animated content for campaign launches
Maintain brand consistency across all outputs (fonts, colour palette, logo usage)
Prepare print-ready materials: brochures, banners, event backdrops when needed
Adapt campaign assets for paid ad specifications across Meta and Google
Manage a version-controlled asset library for all brand materials
