This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to educational institutions, coaching centres, potential sub-agents, and other relevant locations across Dhaka and other districts as required. The successful candidate will contribute directly to student recruitment, agent network development, and the overall business growth of OCG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate student leads through education fairs, campus visits, coaching centers, seminars, and promotional events.

• Identify and qualify prospective students based on study destination, academic background, budget, and IELTS status.

• Book counselling appointments and coordinate qualified leads with the pre-counselling team.

• Identify, visit, verify, onboard, and train potential sub-agents.

• Build strong relationships with sub-agents to encourage regular student referrals and application submissions.

• Promote OCG's services and represent the company professionally during field activities.

• Maintain daily records of student leads, field visits, agent meetings, and follow-up activities.

• Submit regular field activity reports and update lead and agent databases.

• Work towards assigned targets for qualified leads, appointments, agent onboarding, and student files received.
