Job Overview

Regal Furniture, a flagship brand of PRAN-RFL Group, is seeking a creative and technically proficient Assistant Manager – Architect (Modular Kitchen) to design innovative, functional, and space-efficient modular kitchen solutions while collaborating closely with the Sales, Production, and Installation teams.

Job Location: RMIL Factory, Narayanganj

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end modular kitchen design process, transforming customer requirements into high-quality, production-ready solutions that enhance Regal Furniture's interior solutions portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design customized modular kitchen layouts based on customer requirements, available space, and industry standards.

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and production drawings using design software.

  • Develop innovative kitchen concepts that optimize functionality, ergonomics, storage, and aesthetics.

  • Coordinate with the production, engineering, sales, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

  • Conduct site visits for measurements, feasibility assessments, and design consultations when required.

  • Select suitable materials, finishes, fittings, hardware, and accessories while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company design standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during customer presentations.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in modular kitchens, interior design, and furniture.

  • Resolve design-related issues during production and installation.
