Regal Furniture, a flagship brand of PRAN-RFL Group, is seeking a creative and technically proficient Assistant Manager – Architect (Modular Kitchen) to design innovative, functional, and space-efficient modular kitchen solutions while collaborating closely with the Sales, Production, and Installation teams.
Job Location: RMIL Factory, Narayanganj
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end modular kitchen design process, transforming customer requirements into high-quality, production-ready solutions that enhance Regal Furniture's interior solutions portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Design customized modular kitchen layouts based on customer requirements, available space, and industry standards.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and production drawings using design software.
Develop innovative kitchen concepts that optimize functionality, ergonomics, storage, and aesthetics.
Coordinate with the production, engineering, sales, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Conduct site visits for measurements, feasibility assessments, and design consultations when required.
Select suitable materials, finishes, fittings, hardware, and accessories while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company design standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during customer presentations.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in modular kitchens, interior design, and furniture.
Resolve design-related issues during production and installation.
