Job Context

Fame IT Networks Ltd is looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Banani, Dhaka. This is a full-time, office-based role for someone who combines strong visual design skills with video editing and motion graphics expertise, and who is comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Job Responsibilities

• Design creative, on-brand visuals for digital marketing, social media, and client projects

• Edit and produce videos, including motion graphics, reels, and short-form storytelling content

• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, and content production without compromising quality

• Apply branding and identity guidelines consistently across all design and video output

• Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to turn briefs into finished assets

• Manage multiple design and video projects at once and meet deadlines

Additional Job Requirements

• Strong design sense and visual communication skills

• Proficient in video editing, motion graphics & storytelling

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, etc.) to enhance creativity and productivity

• Solid understanding of branding principles and identity design

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools

• Must submit a portfolio/work samples with application

• Willing to work full-time from the Banani office
