Responsibilities & Context:
The Content Strategist is responsible for translating Southeast Landmark Ltd.'s brand direction and campaign strategy into compelling content across all platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with execution capability — creating the content frameworks and campaign narratives that drive qualified lead generation and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand positioning
• Create content concepts, campaigns, scripts, and storytelling ideas
• Plan and execute content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Website
• Manage content creation process with designers, editors, photographers & execution team
• Research customer psychology, market trends, and competitor activities
• Develop performance-driven content strategies to improve sales and engagement
• Analyze content performance (ROAS, Cost Per Purchase, Conversion Rate & Engagement) and improve strategies
