Responsibilities & Context:
  • Business Growth & Strategy:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase student recruitment for destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK, Europe.

    • Identify new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships with foreign universities, colleges, and local educational institutions.

    • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance company services.

  • Sales & Client Acquisition:

    • Initiate, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential clients to establish rapport and drive conversions.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets regarding student enrollment and immigration file processing.

    • Oversee high-profile client accounts, providing personalized, premium services for investment-based or skilled migration programs.

  • Consultancy & Support:

    • Guide students on program selection, university applications, and visa documentation (SOPs, CVs).

    • Provide expert counsel on skilled migration pathways, eligibility assessments, and visa requirements.

    • Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with embassy guidelines.

  • Marketing & Networking:

    • Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

    • Utilize social media and digital platforms for branding and lead generation.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Train and mentor junior counselors to improve sales skills and knowledge of visa processing.
