Business Growth & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase student recruitment for destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK, Europe.
Identify new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships with foreign universities, colleges, and local educational institutions.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance company services.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Initiate, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential clients to establish rapport and drive conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets regarding student enrollment and immigration file processing.
Oversee high-profile client accounts, providing personalized, premium services for investment-based or skilled migration programs.
Consultancy & Support:
Guide students on program selection, university applications, and visa documentation (SOPs, CVs).
Provide expert counsel on skilled migration pathways, eligibility assessments, and visa requirements.
Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with embassy guidelines.
Marketing & Networking:
Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Utilize social media and digital platforms for branding and lead generation.
Team Leadership:
Train and mentor junior counselors to improve sales skills and knowledge of visa processing.
