Marketing & Social Media Executive (AI Content Creator) – Contract (1 Month)

Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Executive (AI Content Creator) to join our team on a one-month contract.
You will be responsible for creating engaging AI-generated content, managing social media platforms, and growing our audience through organic marketing strategies.
You will be working with an Australia-based clothing brand targeting the Australian market. Therefore, all content should be suitable for Australian audiences, and an understanding of Australian social media trends and consumer behavior will be an advantage.
Our goal is to achieve as much organic traffic, engagement, and brand visibility as possible through high-quality AI-generated content and effective social media marketing.
Candidates who perform well during the contract period will be considered for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality AI-generated videos and images on a daily basis.
* Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
* Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently.
* Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.
* Increase brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and visibility through creative content.
* Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages professionally.
* Monitor content performance and improve strategies based on analytics.
* Stay updated with the latest AI tools, social media trends, and content formats.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
* Proven experience creating AI-generated videos and images.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar AI tools.
* Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are not eligible for this role.
* Strong understanding of organic social media growth and audience engagement.
* Experience creating viral short-form content.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, as the target audience is based in Australia.
* Creative, organized, proactive, and able to meet daily deadlines.
Selection Process
* Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a portfolio or samples of previous AI-generated videos, images, and social media work.
* Candidates may also be asked to complete a short practical task before the final interview.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
