ORÉVIA is a premium womenswear fashion brand focused on quiet luxury, elegant design, and high-quality clothing. We are building a refined fashion label with a strong focus on branding, product development, customer experience, and digital growth.
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business operations and assist with communication, coordination, research, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:
Managing daily schedules, reminders, meetings, and follow-ups.
Preparing daily task reports and work progress updates.
Communicating with team members, suppliers, designers, developers, and external partners.
Drafting professional emails, messages, documents, and business correspondence.
Assisting with ORÉVIA product development tasks, including supplier communication, sample follow-up, and production updates.
Organising business files, invoices, contracts, product information, and brand documents.
Conducting online research for suppliers, manufacturers, competitors, fashion trends, and business tools.
Coordinating with the social media, marketing, website, and design teams.
Following up on pending tasks and making sure deadlines are met.
Assisting with customer support, order-related communication, and general admin work when required.
Preparing summaries, spreadsheets, reports, and task lists.
Supporting the founder/director with day-to-day business and personal administrative tasks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions clearly and complete tasks on time.
Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Canva, and online research.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate politely with suppliers, employees, and business partners.
Confidence in writing emails and preparing reports.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Interest in fashion, branding, e-commerce, or business operations will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
Fashion or e-commerce business support
Supplier communication
Social media coordination
Shopify / WordPress basic knowledge
Customer service
Admin or executive assistant role
Canva or basic design tools
Spreadsheet and document management
Daily Reporting Requirement
The selected candidate must provide a daily work report at the end of each working day, including:
Tasks completed
Pending tasks
Follow-ups required
Problems or delays
Plan for the next day
