Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Executive (AI Content Creator) to join our team on a one-month contract.

You will be working with an Australia-based clothing brand targeting the Australian market. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality visual content from scratch and use it to grow our social media presence organically.

Our goal is to achieve as much organic traffic, engagement, and brand visibility as possible through high-quality AI-generated content and effective social media marketing.

Candidates who perform well during the contract period will be considered for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

* Design graphics, posters, banners, advertisements, and social media creatives from scratch.

* Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos from scratch for daily content.

* Produce engaging short-form videos using AI tools for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.

* Plan, create, and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.

* Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.

* Increase brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and visibility.

* Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages professionally.

* Monitor content performance and continuously improve results.

* Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, fashion trends, and social media best practices.

Note: All required AI software and tools will be provided by the company.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management.

* Proven experience creating high-quality AI-generated images and videos.

* Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create original marketing materials from scratch.

* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar AI tools.

* Strong understanding of organic social media growth and audience engagement.

* Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media.

* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, as the target audience is based in Australia.

* Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are not eligible.

* Creative, organized, proactive, and able to meet daily deadlines.

Selection Process

* Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing graphic design work, AI-generated content, and previous social media projects.

* Candidates may also be asked to complete a short practical design and content creation task before the final interview.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
