Experience:
· Good understanding of BTL marketing techniques, strategies, and channels.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
· Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
· Advertising metrics (CPM/CPC/CPA etc).
· In-depth understanding of the brand and its position in the market.
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Experience identifying and creating campaigns for the target audience.
· Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends
· Proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel and PPT.
· Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
· Plan and execute brand content and campaigns.
· Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand efforts across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
· Oversee the design of digital marketing materials, and offline marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
· Review the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
· Plan, execute events, and manage below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to promote Babuland Limited.
· Implement BTL campaigns and initiatives to target specific customer segments and achieve marketing objectives.
· Manage logistics, vendors, and on-site coordination for successful event implementation.
· Work with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and messaging for various BTL channels.
· Develop and manage budgets for BTL marketing activities.
· Collaborate with operation, event, and other teams to ensure BTL strategies complement broader marketing goals.
· Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all BTL activities.
· Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.
