• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.

• Valid BMDC Registration (Mandatory).

• Age At least 23 years

• (SMO)- at least 5 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital will be preferred.

• (MO) 1–3 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital will be preferred.

• Fresh graduates with completed internships are also encouraged to apply

• Provide outpatient and inpatient medical services.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients according to standard clinical guidelines.

• Attend emergency and critical patients as required.

• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in compliance with BMDC guidelines.

• Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

• Participate in ward rounds, health awareness activities, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

• Perform shift duties, night duties, and on-call responsibilities as assigned by the management.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.
