Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly visit markets, shops, and outlets within the assigned territory and submit detailed reports to the immediate supervisor.
Build, develop, and maintain strong trade relationships with dealers, retailers, and shopkeepers.
Ensure effective merchandising of all company products and implement promotional strategies to increase sales.
Ensure company products are prominently displayed in outlets and that all merchandising materials (billboards, stickers, danglers, banners, etc.) are properly placed and maintained.
Oversee the proper use, handling, and maintenance of all merchandising materials and assets.
Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Manage key accounts and conduct thorough market trend analysis to identify opportunities.
Coordinate and execute event activations to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
