Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure the utmost utilization and maintenance of the machinery provided to the factory.
- To closely monitor the machine maintenance work and ensure constant service.
- To formulate and implement long and short-term production plans, strategies and policies.
- To instruct, train, motivate, and control the production force to achieve high-quality production.
- To carry schedule schedule-wise preventive maintenance to prevent any trouble.
- To implement ISO 9001:2015 in the respective area of activity.
