Join UNICARE as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing and lead a dynamic team of Sales & Marketing Promotion Executives to drive growth, build relationships and strengthen our brand presence in the community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead, motivate & manage a team of Sales & Marketing Promotion Executives
Plan, execute & monitor sales and marketing strategies
Set targets, track performance & ensure achievement
Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, institutions & partners
Oversee promotional activities, campaigns & community programs
Analyze market trends, competitor activities & prepare action plans
Prepare reports, presentations & performance dashboards
Train, coach & develop team members for growth
Ensure compliance with company policies & brand guidelines
Drive membership enrolment, brand visibility & business growth
