We are seeking a strategic and results-driven digital marketer who understands the fast-paced nature of fashion e-commerce. This is a strictly KPI-driven role. You will not just be running ads; you will be managing the entire digital sales funnel, from brand awareness and creative strategy to website CRM management, order processing, and customer retention.
Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization:
Plan, execute, and scale high-budget, highly targeted ad campaigns across all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Constantly optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), low CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and high Conversion Rates.
E-Commerce & CRM Management:
Manage and optimize the website's CRM and backend sales funnel.
Oversee the order management process, ensuring seamless flow from lead acquisition to final delivery and customer follow-up.
Implement retargeting, email/SMS marketing, and cart abandonment strategies.
Creative Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies tailored to the premium fashion sector.
Analyze competitors to identify market gaps and formulate unique value propositions (USPs) for our collections.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to guide the creative direction for product shoots, reels, and ad creatives.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM data to evaluate campaign performance.
Prepare data-driven weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key KPIs and actionable insights.
