5+ years of progressive sales leadership in IT-enabled services i.e. Virtual Infrastructure/Data Center, Network and Security, Compute and Storage, and Software Solution
Strong technical comprehension ability, able to quickly master the technical characteristics of products and solutions, and provide professional technical support and sales services for customers.
Ability to juggle multiple promotions and campaigns at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English.
Ability to locate new business opportunities and convert them into successful sales.
Ability to meet and exceed KPI and quota every quarter.
Develop customers, expand and maintain channels in the local market of Bangladesh, explore the demands of local enterprises, institutions, governments, and other customers for IT-enabled services/products and solutions, and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Leverage the company's product advantages to provide customers with professional and technical consulting, product introduction, and solution explanation that accurately match customer needs, and assist in solving technical problems.
Follow up on the entire process of projects, including customer connection, solution communication, contract negotiation, and execution follow-up.
Responsible for handling technical sales and being able to perform analysis for upcoming Renewals & New Business.
Generating a new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ability to develop new business with existing customers and collaborate to identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Ability to call down on promo and campaign through customers and partners.
Collaborate with the field sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
