Responsibilities & Context:
Role Summary
We are hiring Retail Sellers to operate mobile food/juice/ drinking water carts and solar-powered carts as part of our field sales force. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role: serving customers, selling ready-to-eat items and fresh juices, drinking water maintaining the cart (including basic solar system upkeep), ensuring cleanliness, handling cash securely, and supporting daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the mobile food / juice cart safely and professionally at assigned locations and events.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and food-safety rules.
Manage cash, give accurate change, and record daily sales.
Maintain cart cleanliness, hygiene, and simple upkeep of the solar power unit (charging, basic checks).
Monitor stock levels; request replenishment in time to avoid stockouts.
Provide friendly, prompt customer service and promote daily specials.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures (personal hygiene, food handling, waste disposal).
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and report sales figures to Field Sales Supervisor.
Work cooperatively with the field team and attend briefings/training as required.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
