Education: Qualification & Experience Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to graduates from reputed public and private universities in Bangladesh including BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, DUET, MIST, IUT, AUST, UAP, UIU, BRAC University, North South University, Daffodil International University, ULAB, EWU, AIUB, as well as internationally recognized institutions such as IITs, NUS, NTU, Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, KAIST, Seoul National University, and The University of Tokyo. Internship experience in construction, infrastructure, consulting, or EPC projects will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary CCECC Bangladesh Limited is seeking ambitious, energetic, and career-oriented Trainee Civil Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates, recent interns, and early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) who aspire to build a long-term career in large-scale infrastructure, railway, highway, bridge, airport, industrial, and EPC projects under the guidance of experienced engineering professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects. Support site supervision activities to ensure quality, safety, and project schedule compliance. Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation. Assist in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, material estimation, and cost calculations. Participate in tender, bidding, and contract documentation preparation. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Assist in project scheduling, work planning, and progress monitoring. Conduct site inspections and maintain engineering records. Learn and implement international engineering standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements. Perform other engineering and project-related assignments as directed by management.
