Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a creative and fast-moving Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for branding, social media, campaigns, landing pages and digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for digital channels, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages and other communication platforms.

• Develop creative assets including banners, advertisements, presentations, infographics, reports, case studies, webinar materials and promotional content.

• Transform ideas, messages and business objectives into clear, impactful visual concepts aligned with brand goals.

• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, image enhancement and creative image manipulation to produce polished visuals.

• Maintain brand consistency by applying design guidelines, typography, color systems and visual standards across all creative outputs.

• Create reusable templates, design assets and creative libraries to improve efficiency and maintain consistency.

• Apply strong design judgment, composition skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality creative work.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work.

• Strong knowledge of typography, layout and visual composition.

• Advanced photo editing and image manipulation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple design tasks with fast turnaround.

Tools & Technical Skills:

• AI-powered design and creative tools.

• Adobe Photoshop.

• Adobe Illustrator.

• Figma.

• Canva.

• Professional photo editing tools.

Workplace:

• Onsite (Uttara, Dhaka)

Working hour:

• 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
