• 10 years of general experience, including Minimum 8 years of specific experience in business development and preparation of Bid for Multilateral Development Bank and GOB funded project is required.

• Excellent methodology preparation, financial analysis, and bid management abilities.

• Familiarity with government licensing, approvals procedures are required.

• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination skills.Strong understanding of FIDIC and BPPA Standard Contracts.

• Highly Skilled in MS Office Package, Financial Analysis Tools, Graphical Presentation Tools, AutoCAD, PVSyst and Designing Software.

• Manage international, national, e-GP, and private tendering activities for utility sector projects in Bangladesh.
• Oversee end-to-end tender management, from document review to final submission.
• Study tender documents and ensure full compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to review and finalize technical and commercial documentation for submission.
• Prepare complete technical proposals, including project schedules, mobilization plans, execution methodologies, manpower planning, and equipment deployment.
• Develop tender costing, pricing strategies, and commercial submissions in coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, offers, quotations, and related commercial documentation.
• Liaise with engineering teams for BOQ review, pricing validation, and technical clarification.
• Coordinate with finance and banking institutions for tender bonds, performance guarantees, and advance payment guarantees.
• Attend technical clarification meetings and site visits, and prepare formal responses to client queries.
• Manage tender-related banking documentation, including BG, PG, APG, PO, and LC.
• Review and verify purchase orders, proforma invoices, letters of credit, and contract agreements for compliance.
• Support execution of supply projects involving high-voltage electrical equipment in the utility sector.
• Ensure alignment of all tender and contractual activities with company policies and client requirements.
