Job context: 

We are a digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, seeking a few Telesales/Telemarketers to join our Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, presenting services, handling negotiations, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills and a confident sales mindset.

Working Hours: 

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Present company services professionally to potential clients

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Handle objections and negotiations effectively

• Take full ownership and responsibility for closing deals

• Maintain organised records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with the internal team after successful deal confirmation
