Mridha International Corporation is a government-authorized international recruiting agency based in Bangladesh, with decades of proven expertise in overseas manpower deployment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract agents and candidates, achieve organizational targets, and drive overall business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and maintain productive business relationships in the overseas recruitment sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans as per the instructions of the Managing Director.

  • Lead and manage the marketing team for agent-based marketing to collect candidates' passports.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing local agents and onboard new agents as needed.

  • Supervise team performance in telemarketing, agent visits, and job order promotion.

  • Monitor the timely collection of candidates' passports and required documents from agents.

  • Achieve monthly targets as set by management.

  • Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Processing, Mobilization, HR-Admin and Accounts to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Resolve agent-related issues and maintain effective communication.

  • Monitor digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

  • Ensure timely payment collection from agents or clients as per company policy.

  • Visit and communicate with local agents to promote manpower recruitment services.

  • Analyze market trends and prepare performance reports for management.

  • Provide daily marketing and operational updates to the Managing Director.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with flexible working hours.
