Responsibilities & Context:

Euro Kitchens Limited is the authorized distributor of leading European home and commercial kitchen appliance brands in Bangladesh, including De’Longhi, Nuova Simonelli, Kenwood, Franke, Elba, Elica and more.

We are expanding our showroom sales team and looking for a smart, energetic and sales-driven Showroom Sales Executive who will focus on commercial and home coffee machines, espresso equipment and premium kitchen appliances.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, coffee culture, customer experience and premium lifestyle products.

Job Responsibilities

Showroom Sales and Customer Experience.

  • Greet showroom visitors and understand their needs professionally.

  • Provide product consultation and live demonstrations of home and commercial coffee machines.

  • Explain product features, benefits, specifications and usage clearly.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right coffee machine or appliance based on their needs and budget.

  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with international brand standards.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for showroom and walk-in customers.

  • Generate sales from:

    • Home users

    • Restaurants & cafés

    • Offices & corporate clients

  • Identify potential B2B clients and follow up for conversion.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.

Product Demonstration & Coffee Knowledge

  • Demonstrate espresso machine usage, grinding, brewing and maintenance basics.

  • Educate customers about coffee machine care and accessories.

  • Support promotional events, exhibitions and in-store campaigns.

Showroom Operations

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display and visual merchandising.

  • Maintain daily sales records and customer database.

  • Coordinate with service team for installation and after-sales support.

  • Assist in stock monitoring and reporting.

Duty Hours & Weekly Holiday

  • Duty Hour: 10 hours per day (Shift Based)

  • Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week

  • Retail schedule (weekend availability required)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
