Experience:
BBA/MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university.
Additional certification in Brand Management or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
8–12 years of experience in Brand/Marketing Management (preferably in FMCG or similar industry).
Minimum 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
Strong expertise in brand strategy, ATL/BTL/Digital marketing.
Proven experience in innovation management.
Strong analytical and financial acumen (budget, ROI, P&L understanding).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, consumer behavior
Hands-on experience with brand launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management and execution capabilities
Lead the development and execution of annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives category growth plans and profitability targets.
Own brand positioning portfolio architecture pricing strategy and communication framework to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
Drive brand health equity growth, market share expansion and category leadership through data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, and Activation) to maximize reach engagement, and ROI.
Provide strategic direction to creative digital, and media agencies evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure best-in-class execution.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints including trade digital and in-store visibility.
Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) product renovation and relaunch projects in collaboration with R&D Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Approve packaging strategy, artwork, regulatory compliance, and production timelines to ensure brand consistency and speed to market.
Develop robust business cases for innovations and major marketing investments monitor post-launch performance and profitability.
Drive consumer and market insight generation through research analytics and trend tracking to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
Translate insights into clear brand strategies innovation pipelines and impactful communication platforms.
Continuously monitor competitor activities pricing, and promotional strategies recommend proactive counter-strategies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure strong in-market execution and commercial success.
Manage brand budgets, optimize marketing spend and ensure strong ROI while maintaining financial discipline and cost efficiency.
Present periodic business reviews, KPI dashboards (volume, value, market share, distribution, brand equity) and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and management committees.
