Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: At least 1 year

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Share Ownership Hotel and Resorts, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

This candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in Property Marketing and constantly finding ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Highly Preference to sales experience on the share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.

Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business, and the present market scenario.

Have the experience to forecast sales.

Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deals.

Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

Detail the outdoor visit plan for the meeting with the Right TG.

Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Person (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

Corporate sales planning and implementation

Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers

To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.

Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel. Any other task assigned by Management.
