Additional Requirements
This candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue, and constantly finding ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Highly Preference to sales experience on the share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.
Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business and present market scenario.
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Should have a positive mindset to achieve the target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Detail the outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Executive (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.
Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers
To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel. Any other task assigned by Management.
