  • This candidate should have at least 6 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
  • Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business and present market scenario.
  • Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal
  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
  • Must have self-motivated and dynamic.
  • Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
  • Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

  • Corporate sales planning and implementation

  • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers

  • To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

  • Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals. Any other task assigned by Management.

  • Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.

  • Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
