1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for flexible printed packaging.

• Identify and acquire new corporate, FMCG, food, pharma & export clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing key customers.

• Prepare price quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

2. Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.

• Identify new product opportunities (laminated films, pouches, sachets, rolls).

• Recommend new packaging innovations based on customer demand.

3. Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with production, planning, QC, and accounts for smooth order execution.

• Ensure timely order confirmation, delivery, and payment follow-up.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Branding & Promotion

• Develop company branding materials (catalogues, samples, presentations).

• Support digital marketing, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis reports.

• Maintain customer database and sales pipeline records.
