Responsibilities & Context:

Lowkia is seeking a dedicated, data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a "digital detective" who thrives on finding high-quality prospects, navigating professional networks, and building the foundation of our sales funnel. If you are passionate about market research and have a sharp eye for detail, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Target Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients across various industries based on specific ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.

Data Mining & Verification: Build highly targeted lists including verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, and direct-dial phone numbers.

Decision-Maker Mapping: Identify and reach out to key stakeholders such as CEOs, Founders, and VPs.

Data Hygiene: Maintain a clean, duplicate-free database using Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.

Workflow Optimization: Utilize automation tools to streamline the research process without sacrificing data quality.

Reporting: Submit daily and weekly progress reports tracking lead volume, bounce rates, and conversion metrics.

Professional Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation or Sales Development.

Strategic Research: Deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search strings, and advanced Google search operators.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard lead scraping and verification tools (see list below).

CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with managing data within CRM environments (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho).

Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills, specifically for professional outreach and reporting.

Mindset: Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a 95%+ email deliverability/accuracy rate.

Preferred Tech Stack (Required Skills)

We are looking for candidates proficient in the following (or similar) tools:

Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.Io.

Email Finding: Hunter.io, Snov.io, Lusha, or RocketReach.

Verification: NeverBounce, Zerobounce, or MillionVerifier.

Productivity: Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive), Slack, and Trello/Asana.
