Responsibilities & Context:
Timely attend to the daily spot and receive products from factory vehicle with proper checking of leak/short.
Distribute the products to all salesmen according to demand.
To collect money from salesman according to daily sales value and deposit the collected amount to Bank and Head office.
Control receivable, increase salesman security, control sales center cost, control product damage and reduce cash in hand.
To prepare DCR on basis of demand registers, product received register, stock register, Salesman’s Register with signatures, Cash Book & other Registers daily
To keep sales center stock according stock norms and maintain and control current dated product on basis of FIFO.
To prepare all accounts report and monthly accounts, support audit team and compliance and to control irregularity.
Keep update and provide daily report to the supervisor regarding the daily collection, bank deposit, daily stock, daily return and daily expenses.
Maintain the sales center clean & hygiene & look after the assets.
To ensure salesman daily attendance and control salesman dropout.
To complete official Accounts in prescribed Excel and/or in ERP
Visit Market for checking Salesman’s dues & other issues on regular basis.
To complete and verify all Salesmen’s Profiles on quarterly and as when required.
Manage and maintain the safety stock for Home Delivery, reporting and overall effective coordination with the related persons for ensuring smooth operation.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
