Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure timely delivery and distribution of finished goods to customers' designated locations.

Receive finished goods from the Production Department and verify quantities and conditions before loading onto delivery vehicles.

Communicate promptly with the supervisor regarding any issues or challenges encountered during transportation and distribution.

Receive, verify, and maintain delivery challans before and after the delivery of finished goods, and submit the completed documents to the office.

Prepare and submit daily reports/lists of finished goods delivered and distributed to the concerned authority.

Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, challans, cylinder movement, and other assigned logistics activities.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines while performing duties.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to logistics, distribution, and transportation activities.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
