Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an energetic, honest, and computer-literate individual to manage our retail shop. The ideal candidate will handle daily store operations, manage billing/POS software, and assist customers.
Daily Billing & POS Management: দোকানে কাস্টমারদের কেনাকাটার হিসাব কম্পিউটারে বা POS সফটওয়্যারের মাধ্যমে এন্ট্রি করা এবং সঠিক বিল তৈরি করা।
Inventory Tracking: দোকানে কোন মালামাল কতটুকু আছে বা শেষ হয়ে যাচ্ছে, তার হিসাব কম্পিউটারে আপডেট রাখা।
Customer Service: দোকানে আসা কাস্টমারদের সাথে ভালো ব্যবহার করা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় পণ্য খুঁজে পেতে সাহায্য করা।
Shop Maintenance: দোকানের মালামাল সুন্দরভাবে সাজিয়ে রাখা এবং দোকান পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখার বিষয়টি তদারকি করা।
Cash Management: দৈনিক বিক্রির টাকা সঠিকভাবে হিসাব করে ক্যাশ বক্সে রাখা এবং দিনের শেষে মালিকের কাছে হিসাব বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
